Trilogy of HR management: Trust, restraint and growth. Trust is the premise; restraint is the guarantee while growth is the destination.
Select talents: Morals goes first and ability comes second.
Use talents: Retain the able and sift out the weak; find talent and use them to their highest potential; the able shall be promoted, the ordinary shall give way and the weak shall leave.
Train talents: training is based on job needs and conducted via internal and external training programs; every employee shall be trained and learn from each other.
Performance appraisal: fair and transparent performance appraisal.
Salary & Incentives: job position determines salary level, stimulate everyone’s potential.
